My wife will be doing this kind of thing after she retires in a couple of year as she’s lightening fast with the keyboard.
4. Online or In-House Tutoring – This is how I made my living for a long time. People would come to me to get computer training so they could be more proficient at work or at their work from home job.
Today I work from home as an online marketer and don’t do one on one training any longer, however it put food on our table for almost a decade before I changed my work at home focus.
I don’t like teaching numbers of people but if you don’t mind and are a techie or Internet savvy you could stand to make some good income conducting online classes or seminars. I am quite knowledgeable but also quite shy so groups of people don’t interest me.
5. Baking Goodies – I have friends who started a work from home dog bakery and supply more and more people with dog treats. They work from home in their spare time and have a website they promote to get more orders.
This last idea isn’t necessarily a work at home business idea but using their related website to attract more traffic brings them more clients and they make more money. So don’t put down an idea that doesn’t require Internet access if you’re good at it.
